A certain veteran salesperson takes advantage of his senior position at the company to order many people around as if they were his subordinates. Before you know it, your time becomes his time. He is the most hypocritical person I have ever seen, and completely shameless! Whenever he is nice to you, he absolutely has an ulterior motive, so don't trust him too easily, or you'll find out what happens when he screws you over. If he hasn't sold a car, you become the punching bag for his bad mood. Because the boss doesn't dare do anything to him, nobody else does either. If he does anything wrong, you'll be the one the boss scolds (for example, if he is supposed to clean but doesn't, and the boss sees the dirty floor, you'll get reprimanded). Then everyone takes out on you what they don't dare say to him. If you want to be everyone's punching bag, welcome! Don't expect anyone else to help you; they'll only push you out to be sacrificed.
Don't listen when the veteran salesperson says, “I want to have a proper discussion with you.” His idea of a discussion is: “You fucking listen to me!” After listening to his long-winded lecture, you finally get to say, “Okay, I know,” or “Yes,” thinking you can finally get a closure—nonono! He then says, “I don't think you are sincere. Did you really understand?” You mechanically copy and paste what he just said, and he replies, “I still don't think you understand.” What the hell! Now who exactly is the brain-dead one? Then the cycle continues endlessly, reminding me of Mao Zedong's Cultural Revolution. Dealing with his bullshit every day is exhausting enough; he really should see a psychologist!
Oh, and sales staff here have to work every other Saturday, with no compensatory day off. As a result, you get only six days off a month, and your base salary is under 24,000 after labor and health insurance deductions. Sometimes you also have to go out on Sundays to cover field assignments, training your physical stamina while being mentally tortured—great job, keep it up!
The boss will call you cold-blooded for not working overtime to help your coworkers, but never considers that he failed to hire enough people. One position often ends up doing many different jobs. He pressures you with that whole “we owe each other favors” and “we should help one another” routine—what a joke. There is plenty of male chauvinism here. The boss will make comments about women based on their age, force strange coworkers on you, and serve up all kinds of disgusting, boring gossip.
Finally, if you really are going to kill yourself, remember to ask about everything!! Ask every question thoroughly and make sure everything is clear!! If something happens, go straight to talk to them face-to-face and don't give them time to prepare. It's best to have “complete” audio or written records; otherwise, they will eventually say, “I told you~~~,” and without evidence to refute them, you'll get cheated out of your money. I have already given up trying to fix things and accepted the loss.
Amitabha, everyone, please take good care of yourselves!
