Read the community guidelinesThe residents in the community were very kind to me
Key point: Recommendation: don't waste your time. The cleaning staff said the year-end bonus was 500!
After filling out a bunch of forms, they didn't provide much additional information about the company's background, salary, or benefits. They immediately had me look around the community and do an on-the-spot handover. If it was OK, I was expected to start work?
It was only after I reported for work that I discovered something was wrong. I worked 10 hours every day, with a monthly salary of 33,000 and no overtime pay? Even after two months on the job, there was no salary statement? No paid annual leave (3 days after six months, 7 days after one year). Apart from weekends, I was given only 7 days off for the entire year (Qingming Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and Lunar New Year's Eve through the third day of the Lunar New Year).
Manager Lin explained: “That’s how the 26,400 was calculated. They included overtime pay in it, so they didn’t violate the Labor Standards Act.”
The employment contract was not provided in two copies. After receiving a photocopy, I discovered that words had been added to it!
In the end, I fell out with them and said they would help me get approval for a 2,000 raise and back pay for overtime?
A few days later, a manager surnamed Han called and asked me to help a new employee look around and complete the handover?
It turned out that the person who was supposed to report for work refused to come because the salary and benefits were too poor, so Manager Han finally helped me get an additional 2,000 😆
The manager who interviewed me was Specialist Cai, Manager Lin’s child. Like Manager Lin, Specialist Cai insisted that the company had not violated the law.
Specialist Cai said the company did provide paid annual leave, in accordance with the Labor Standards Act: 3 days after six months and 7 days after one year.
Her mother, Manager Lin, said there was no such leave—that under the contract, apart from weekends, employees were given only 7 days off per year!
Manager Han said they did follow the Labor Standards Act… So which is it???
The above is a statement of facts and is not defamatory. I have Line screenshots and audio recordings as evidence. You are welcome to sue!

Extremely exploitative! Internal contracts take precedence over the Labor Standards Act. In addition to having no annual leave for a year, the pay is low and the working hours are long. They use all sorts of unreasonable arguments to force employees into submission. There are also no bonuses or gift money, and there is no room for internal advancement. With a salary of NT$34,000, you have to manage 12 sites~
I suggest going to a more reputable property management company. The owner of this company used to run a travel agency before switching careers. They only look at the superficial market situation and engage in all sorts of price-cutting competition. Long-term employees get big red envelopes, while newcomers are treated as disposable chopsticks and worked to death.
