Cookies and instant noodles available to eat until you’re stuffed

Enter this company with a grateful heart,

The salary offered is a little higher than the industry average,

This is heaven for the diligent,

And a graveyard for the lazy

Pros

Can't think of any.

Cons

The small conference room for filling out forms is right next to the office, so you can hear the employees talking. There is also a lot of information for applicants to fill out. The employees are very uncultured, and apparently the interviewers are the same. Inviting people to interviews is very unfriendly and a waste of time.

Pros

If you have a good relationship with the boss, things might be better in various ways?

For example, salary, benefits, attitude (?)

Cons

1. Labor and health insurance do not comply with the Labor Standards Act; employees are insured at the minimum level.

2. Employees have to pay for mistakes, and may even be held responsible for losses caused by sales staff’s oversights.

3. The salary is relatively low.

4. Overtime should not be the norm, but it happens frequently. If you are physically and mentally exhausted and unwilling to work overtime, the atmosphere around you will feel unpleasant. For example, people might say that everyone else stayed to work overtime; that you are not being a team player; or that this is everyone’s work, and that because one person did not work overtime, others had to spend time handling it for you, and so on.

When you experience health problems, while everyone else is fine, the boss may say: “Everyone else is so healthy; you need to take better care of your health!”

Even when women have menstrual pain, the boss may say: “Then go get it cured!”

5. The company’s overall efficiency is poor.

*There is insufficient staffing. Workloads are rarely reduced according to the circumstances and often increase; most assignments are urgent, while the profit margins in the quotes are low.

*The company often takes on difficult clients and projects that other companies are unwilling to accept.

*Information conveyed through assistants to the graphic designers does not match the clients’ expectations, resulting in rework.

*When a project is received, even if the client has not provided clear design direction, the instruction is still to start working first, and then redo it if the direction turns out to be wrong.

(Additional note: When evaluating salaries, the boss said the standard was the completion rate. By “completion rate,” he meant the number of projects completed “in one pass.”)

*The boss generally handles matters more subjectively than objectively.

6. The boss frequently makes dirty jokes.

7. If you do not participate in employee trips or company dinners, you may be called not a team player, and it may also affect your year-end evaluation score.
