The above three incidents involved three different people, respectively.
They won’t be scolded or reprimanded, and there are no salary deductions or other penalties—as long as they maintain a good relationship with the supervisor, it’s fine.
However, if you don’t flatter the supervisor and simply want the workload to be “shared equally,” you can be loudly yelled at in the office for being too calculating.
…At least I get along well with my colleagues
The actual job duties differ from what was described in the application. None of the contract documents that should have been provided were given, and the promised raises or bonuses are basically just empty talk. The people at the top have long since lost all credibility.
