The salary is very high for an administrative position.
It’s not bad as long as no colleagues go crazy.
The site supervisors I’ve encountered are absurd.
One colleague skipped work for an entire day.
One colleague sleeps at work and skips work for one or two hours without being at their desk.
One colleague called me “f***ing.”
The above three incidents involved three different people, respectively.
They won’t be scolded or reprimanded, and there are no salary deductions or other penalties—as long as they maintain a good relationship with the supervisor, it’s fine.
However, if you don’t flatter the supervisor and simply want the workload to be “shared equally,” you can be loudly yelled at in the office for being too calculating.
