Read the community guidelinesNote: This company and "傳世創藝顧問股份有限公司" are different company names used by the same owner, so their reviews are identical.
1. First, the advantages: The main business consists mostly of government projects, so there are opportunities to design and plan events across many different areas. The work is varied. If you want to pursue event PR, you can learn a lot. If used properly, you can also gain access to many resources and networks.
2. Regarding salary, it is basically better than the requirements of the Labor Standards Act. Overtime pay is calculated and paid as required. This deserves recognition.
3. Overtime is not too frequent. In most cases, it is due to holiday event support or clients dragging their feet, causing projects to be seriously delayed and resulting in overtime. However, overtime pay or compensatory leave is provided.
1. The owner's personal issues result in meaningless complaints taking up most of the meeting time. Unless you are someone who can work while ignoring sarcastic remarks, please think carefully before joining.
2. Since the company mainly takes on government projects, you will often encounter all kinds of outrageous situations involving civil servants. (However, you can also learn how to deal with civil servants.)
3. The company's overall environment is rather closed. In addition to the surveillance cameras commonly found in companies, all company files—regardless of their importance—are locked internally and cannot be transmitted externally. Only the owner can unlock them. This may sound acceptable at first, but whenever the owner goes out, all external work comes to a standstill.
4. Basically, there are no employee dinners, trips, or other gatherings (at most, lunch). For job seekers who prefer to keep their personal and professional lives separate, this may be an advantage.
For a company that takes on commissioned projects, the biggest advantage is the opportunity to work on a diverse range of visual designs. You can also discuss event content with your colleagues (although the deadlines are extremely tight and there is basically never enough time) (and you also have to put up with all kinds of sarcastic remarks from the boss). The boss is quite eloquent, so you could probably learn something when he presents to clients (usually government agencies).
The boss is very sarcastic, and his tone is really unpleasant. He also goes back on what he says and keeps arguing in circles. He speaks badly about former colleagues (though it is unclear whether this is true, since former colleagues also speak badly about the boss). However, this boss does not swear. The turnover is high: as one colleague arrives, another leaves, with people staying anywhere from a few days to one or two months. Unless you have a very high tolerance for bad tempers and harsh words, this workplace is genuinely not recommended.
