For a company that takes on commissioned projects, the biggest advantage is the opportunity to work on a diverse range of visual designs. You can also discuss event content with your colleagues (although the deadlines are extremely tight and there is basically never enough time) (and you also have to put up with all kinds of sarcastic remarks from the boss). The boss is quite eloquent, so you could probably learn something when he presents to clients (usually government agencies).

The boss is very sarcastic, and his tone is really unpleasant. He also goes back on what he says and keeps arguing in circles. He speaks badly about former colleagues (though it is unclear whether this is true, since former colleagues also speak badly about the boss). However, this boss does not swear. The turnover is high: as one colleague arrives, another leaves, with people staying anywhere from a few days to one or two months. Unless you have a very high tolerance for bad tempers and harsh words, this workplace is genuinely not recommended.
