Pros

The company environment is good, and the work atmosphere is lively. The supervisors and colleagues are all easy to get along with.

It’s easy to take leave, and they don’t micromanage as long as it doesn’t affect your work.

Cons

Administrative positions generally have low pay.

Being one minute late starts a deduction. Regardless of how late administrative staff work overtime, they only receive a NT$100 meal allowance.

The boss really likes plugins. No matter how busy you are, whenever the boss wants a plugin, you have to put everything else aside and prioritize the boss’s work (and then you’ll have to work overtime to finish your own work).

The salary structure consists of base salary plus a professional allowance. Basically, it’s a low base salary supplemented by a “professional allowance” to raise the total pay............

If you have been employed for less than a year, taking more than two or three days of personal leave in a month will result in that month’s salary being reduced to only the base salary. This should be illegal.

Pros

Working hours are relatively flexible, and taking time off is easy.

Most of the office staff are young, so the atmosphere is relatively relaxed.

There is also not much pressure to meet sales targets.

Cons

The company is generally rather inefficient, and some managers are not proactive in handling matters, which often leads to customer loss.

The sales quota is relatively high for the industry. Commission starts at five times the base salary in sales performance. The company has relatively few products, resulting in a situation where there are more salespeople than available opportunities. There is also no comprehensive training for new hires, so it is recommended that people with experience apply.

The sales compensation structure consists of base salary plus performance bonuses. Pay is deducted starting from one minute of lateness. It is relatively difficult for new hires to meet the basic threshold, and it generally takes around six months of accumulation before they begin receiving bonuses.
