When you join, you absolutely need to know Ms. Deng (the one in the private office), who handles administration and HR and is the best at shifting blame and dumping work on others. She only shifts blame and passes tasks off, cannot do anything, constantly obstructs others, and also delays salary payments. You absolutely, absolutely need to watch out for this old woman when you join—unless you can tolerate being obstructed, having the administrative staff nitpick, receiving your salary late, and having the administrative staff do nothing but cause trouble all day, you are welcome to come work here. Everything I have said is factual. I worked here for four months; the previous person had it even worse and was forced out by administration after only 15 days. Think carefully before joining!!!
I only had the interview, so I didn’t see any advantages.
I interviewed directly with the boss, who seemed like a very difficult person to deal with, and he really put me down (I’ve never been put down in an interview before). He seemed to have a sense of entitlement as a boss.
The atmosphere within the company was strange; it felt like everyone was working under a great deal of pressure!
If you negotiate your salary, you can actually get a pretty good deal, but the boss is very calculating, which isn’t necessarily a good thing.

Extremely stressful
During the daily morning meeting, the boss can talk for two hours and likes to sow discord among employees. Employees are required to use mobile phone location tracking at work.
