Pros
If you negotiate your salary, you can actually get a pretty good deal, but the boss is very calculating, which isn’t necessarily a good thing.
Cons
A very person-dependent company, operating according to the boss’s and accountant’s ideas.
There is no compensatory leave or overtime pay for exhibiting on weekends; supporting evening events likewise comes with no compensatory leave. Sales staff must install tracking software on their phones to reassure the boss.
Business travel expenses are subsidized up to a maximum of 7,000; no bonus is paid unless the entire amount has been collected.
