Just looking at the construction business itself, the Planning and Design Department / Information Technology / Cashier / Administration and Guest Services / Human Resources / Cost Control / MEP Planning and Design / Pricing and Estimation / Architectural Design are all hiring. Is there any department that isn't understaffed?
What the senior colleague said is definitely true. Thanks to them for helping me avoid a pitfall.
The extremely high turnover rate means you can meet many people and expand your network.
1. The senior executives have poor abilities and EQ, and are skilled at shifting blame (you can check the job postings on 104—every department is hiring 365 days a year because many people came from Huang Hsiang and brought the bullying culture with them).
2. The senior executives have poor engineering fundamentals. Those who want to learn the basics should absolutely not come here; you will only learn some stupid techniques.
3. Just like the previous reviewer said, it is “the CEO said” all day long.
You can always hear the CEO’s instructions in the office.... (The CEO says....)
If even the top executive responsible for recruiting has resigned
and you’re still not running away?
A company with a drinking culture that loves people who can drink a lot—everyone is welcome to apply. On company trips, you can drink until you’re completely wasted!
What everyone cares about is who has the best alcohol tolerance and how much they can drink without passing out!
Awesome!
What matters in the office is: the higher the position, the greater the knowledge; senior officials have greater knowledge, and those with greater knowledge hold higher positions. Everything depends on having a high-ranking position.
No advantages at all
Extremely high turnover, supervisors have poor emotional intelligence, and the engineering staff have low educational qualifications and poor quality
