The company does not like employees talking much. If employees get along too well and make plans to have lunch together, they will be reprimanded. Even when two people are in the conference room, they are not allowed to chat. A senior female employee at the company said that people should also avoid talking as much as possible in the office!! When drunk, the manager calls employees late at night and causes a drunken scene. At work, there is no logic or professionalism; they just keep telling you to look through what previous employees did, with absolutely no intention of teaching!
