The company does not like employees talking much. If employees get along too well and make plans to have lunch together, they will be reprimanded. Even when two people are in the conference room, they are not allowed to chat. A senior female employee at the company said that people should also avoid talking as much as possible in the office!! When drunk, the manager calls employees late at night and causes a drunken scene. At work, there is no logic or professionalism; they just keep telling you to look through what previous employees did, with absolutely no intention of teaching! The boss has a very bad temper and casually calls people idiots. The entire company is a family business in a traditional industry, and employees have no right to speak. The boss's wife usually acts kind and approachable, but she is actually very petty and lacks empathy. Whenever she is dissatisfied, she makes sarcastic remarks and does not let employees take leave. If employees push back, she fires them outright, telling them not to come in the next day!
