1. Salaries are sometimes paid late
2. Employees who leave the company are not paid their salaries
3. Year-end bonuses are not given every year (there has been an experience where the previous year's year-end bonus was not paid until October of the following year)
Work is very flexible, so a high level of self-discipline is required.
Previously, employee management was relatively lax, which meant that although the workday started at 8:30, some people did not arrive at the office until after 10:00.
Fortunately, this situation no longer occurs.
