Pros
There is a lot of freedom during work; you can do your own things (such as running an online shop).
Cons
1. Salaries are sometimes paid late
2. Employees who leave the company are not paid their salaries
3. Year-end bonuses are not given every year (there has been an experience where the previous year's year-end bonus was not paid until October of the following year)
