Pros

The company offers high salaries.

Cons

After you join the company, they use various evaluations every three days in an attempt to lower your salary. A supervisor who holds the title of executive assistant but wields the authority of a vice president acts as the boss’s personal surveillance system. Work starts at 9 a.m.; every morning, you are required to clean the office, but you are also expected to be seated in the meeting room at 9 a.m. for the morning meeting. Otherwise, the executive assistant will call you out and make a note of it. If you offend her by something you say, she will report you to the boss. No matter how capable you are at your job, the boss does not care; all that matters is whether you listen to the executive assistant. Jingcheng International = Jingjian Technology. They registered two companies operating in different industries, but after joining, you have to handle miscellaneous tasks for both companies. Marketing staff are expected to produce results within one month; otherwise, the executive assistant will report to the boss that you have done nothing. She will also present the work you did as if she had done it herself. This place is a serious red flag—please be careful.

Pros

There are very few people—fewer than 10, including the boss.

The company covers motorcycle parking fees.

Cons

After starting work, you’ll discover that the reality differs greatly from what was discussed in the interview.

It’s a one-person dictatorship.

The company is led by managers who are outsiders to the field and make strange rules.

There is a lot of redundant work.

Managers constantly bring up performance evaluations to “warn” employees.

There is a performance evaluation every month.

Employees have been illegally dismissed without warning several times.

It’s understandable not to receive a bonus for failing to meet performance targets,

but they also reduce salaries through other means.

It feels like I was tricked into joining!

The office atmosphere is dull, and coworkers do not interact with one another.

The turnover rate is high, and the management style is old-fashioned.

Employees have to clean in the morning.

There are no trash cans or water dispensers in the office,

so you have to go outside.

The high salaries advertised on 104 are all fake,

because it is impossible to receive that level of pay.
