1. The supervisor secretly pits subordinates from the same or different groups against each other, causing people to resign!
2. People who graduated from field A are hired to perform work in field B, raising concerns about the quality of the handouts produced. There are also cases where employees from the humanities briefly support the sciences, or employees from the sciences support the humanities; the quality of the handouts is questionable.
3. This supervisor, who took office a few years ago, lacks accountability and often shifts responsibility onto subordinates.
4. If an employee assumes they will leave on May 15, the company will only enroll them in labor and health insurance through April 30. (The first time I have encountered a company like this.)
5. An unfavorable work environment. If you already have a job, switching here is not recommended!
When the supervisor is in a good mood, they will chat casually with you.
On the surface, the work is divided into groups, but in reality, everyone has to do every group’s work. Supervisors like to shirk responsibility, do not respect professional expertise, lead the bullying of employees, and even maliciously dismiss people.
