Read the community guidelines1. During the interview, they clearly explained that the work is very physically demanding, because deliveries must be carried up to the second floor at the stores themselves, and there is no elevator. Each delivery may consist of twenty or thirty boxes, so applicants should consider their own physical capacity.
2. They clearly explained that a copy of the guarantor’s land and property tax bill must be submitted, because the goods on one truck may be worth several million, hence this requirement.
The main area for improvement would be to state on the job website in advance that a copy of the guarantor’s land and property tax bill is required. This would be more appropriate and save both parties time, rather than having applicants attend an on-site interview only to learn about this requirement. Not every applicant owns a house or has a guarantor who can provide a guarantee, so this should be listed as one of the primary interview requirements in advance.
