The main area for improvement would be to state on the job website in advance that a copy of the guarantor’s land and property tax bill is required. This would be more appropriate and save both parties time, rather than having applicants attend an on-site interview only to learn about this requirement. Not every applicant owns a house or has a guarantor who can provide a guarantee, so this should be listed as one of the primary interview requirements in advance.
