Friends who are thinking of working for this company, please carefully read about my unpleasant experience.
During the interview, I asked whether the position was permanent and whether all the policies complied with the Labor Standards Act. I was told yes in both cases. However, on my fourth day after reporting for work, they brought out a document for me to sign, which stated the following:
1. The permanent position would become a three-month contract position.
2. Contract employees would not receive special leave.
3. Weekly two-day weekends would become alternating weekends off, and national holidays would be taken off according to "company regulations."
There were also other strange provisions, and the company has multiple cases of violating the Labor Standards Act. Therefore, friends looking for a job should be careful.
The section manager there is quite easy to get along with, and it was pleasant chatting with them. The other people also seemed fairly easy to get along with. The work environment for the technician position is quite relaxed.
HR did not meet with the job applicant in person; instead, the section manager directly took the applicant to the worksite to explain the job duties (the section manager already seemed very busy at the time, yet was still asked to do this). The section manager did not explain the salary and benefits very clearly (job applicants are advised to ask for more details). They also did not proactively explain the salary and benefits, so the applicant had to ask. Even after being asked, they initially gave only a general answer; without asking detailed questions, some information might remain unclear.
