The boss is from traditional manufacturing and knows nothing about e-commerce. Despite not knowing how to do anything, they still opened an e-commerce department. The people they hired were also a complete mess—they brought in two people who knew nothing to run it. In the later stages, progress fell seriously behind, and the company’s resources were wasted. In the end, nothing came of it.
By my third month there, the company had already begun delaying salary payments, and all the clothing was counterfeit.
