The boss is from traditional manufacturing and knows nothing about e-commerce. Despite not knowing how to do anything, they still opened an e-commerce department. The people they hired were also a complete mess—they brought in two people who knew nothing to run it. In the later stages, progress fell seriously behind, and the company’s resources were wasted.
