The interview process was inexplicable. After I submitted my résumé, they called to invite me to an interview.
They asked whether I was familiar with several skills. However, the job posting did not mention at all that familiarity with these operations and skills was required.
If you are unwilling to hire someone without experience, please don’t waste time inviting people to interviews.
Also, if you might have simply read the résumé incorrectly, don’t waste other people’s time by bringing them in for an interview.
When I asked about the detailed job responsibilities, they said they were listed in the job posting and told me to look for myself.
In the end, they brushed me off and told me to go home and wait for notice. The job posting was closed the next day.
You could probably tell during the interview whether you had been hired.
It feels like a company with very outdated thinking.
Unclear—I didn’t receive a reply. Perhaps it’s a good company.
I just wanted to complain. Your company’s note on 104 says: “When calling, please state the password: ‘May I ask if this is Ms. X? I applied through 104.’ If you’re busy and can’t answer your phone, please leave a text message, and I will contact you.” This makes people feel that you value every résumé and every message from every job seeker.
I also understand that it is common for most companies to view a résumé without replying. However, after the job seeker has called, sent a text message, and your company viewed the résumé the following day, while the job seeker’s words also demonstrated enthusiasm and sincerity, you simply left the message read without replying.
Please, if your company is not interested in an applicant’s résumé or believes they are not qualified and therefore does not want to offer an interview, 104 has predefined template replies that you can use, okay?
The reception staff were courteous.
The interviewer was not a professional HR representative, and the interview was lengthy and completely unfocused.
In the end, they stated that the company only offers personal leave and sick leave, and does not provide the types of leave required by the Labor Standards Act (menstrual leave, family care leave, and other statutory leave).
During the first three months of the probationary period, taking any leave is considered a breach of the agreement and will result in dismissal (it was not mentioned whether severance pay would be provided). For job seekers’ reference.
They really do review the résumés submitted.
The interview invitation asked me to call them, but after I called, they said they were more selective because the benefits were good???
It feels like they send out interview invitations indiscriminately and only consider whether to invite the person for an interview after speaking with them on the phone.
A company that wastes people’s time and money on phone calls and lacks sincerity.
None
There was a clear difference in treatment based on the interviewees’ abilities.
The first one was very courteous and even showed me around the workplace.
Then the next one said it was inconvenient to give me a tour.
It seemed like they treated interviewees differently based on their own opinions.
It felt terrible and very disrespectful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
