Pros

1. I received a notification from 104 inviting me to an interview. When I had just entered the company building, I saw several employees chatting outside and approached them to explain the purpose of my visit. They were friendly and notified the relevant department to conduct the interview.

Cons

1. My overall impression of the interview was that they seemed to approve of me, but despite my having no relevant portfolio, when I explained my work, they stared blankly, showing disrespect toward the job seeker. Their gaze gave the impression of saying, “You’re not that impressive either.” They then began belittling their own lack of experience while repeatedly praising how experienced their designers were, and there were also issues of age discrimination. I advise experienced people who do not have experience in the same type of industry not to go there and be humiliated.

2. They also let a dog in to greet people.

3. At the end, they took me around to introduce the workplace and colleagues, giving me the illusion that I had been hired. Only afterward did they notify me that I did not need to attend a second interview. If they basically had no intention of hiring me, going through all these formalities felt like they were showing off how great their work environment was.

4. The most outrageous thing was that after rejecting me and belittling the job seeker, they used the proposal I had presented during the interview in a project they carried out. If they had the ability, they should come up with their own ideas. It was truly a waste of time going to the interview.

I left about two years ago. It was truly awful, so I wanted to come here to warn everyone not to join.

1. The boss is an enormous man-child and a spoiled brat, and treats employees extremely poorly.

2. The pay is extremely low. In this day and age, wages like that are downright demeaning.

3. The boss keeps a dog at the company and even makes employees walk it.

The biggest problem with the entire company is the boss. If you join, he’ll drive you crazy.

Please don’t join. = =

Cons

The boss is very arrogant and loves to brag.

In fact, the company's operations are already declining.

The company has also started laying off employees; many people who had worked there for one or two years have already left (were forced out).

He shows no respect for people.

When the company makes money, he is in a good mood.

When it doesn't make money, just wait to be berated...

Colleagues may also harm you, stabbing you in the back.

He doesn't keep his word. Regarding the previously agreed-upon work arrangements,

things that had already been agreed upon—

as long as you have a better relationship with the supervisor and the boss, you can turn things around.

The boss is very young and extremely arrogant! During the interview, he kept saying how many outstanding people had been forced out!

The 104 website stated 30K–45K, but then said I only had one year of experience, while the designers they wanted to hire all had several years of experience.

Therefore, the starting salary could only be 28K (wasn't everything clearly stated on my résumé?).

They also required me to first submit two or three trial designs and then do a “trial work period” for several days; only after evaluation could they confirm formal employment.

During the interview, he repeatedly mocked my personal work, compared it with my previous company, and even used verbally aggressive language.

Taking a day off to be insulted in the interview was truly not worth it (a very bad and extremely classless boss).
