1. I received a notification from 104 inviting me to an interview. When I had just entered the company building, I saw several employees chatting outside and approached them to explain the purpose of my visit. They were friendly and notified the relevant department to conduct the interview.
1. My overall impression of the interview was that they seemed to approve of me, but despite my having no relevant portfolio, when I explained my work, they stared blankly, showing disrespect toward the job seeker. Their gaze gave the impression of saying, “You’re not that impressive either.” They then began belittling their own lack of experience while repeatedly praising how experienced their designers were, and there were also issues of age discrimination. I advise experienced people who do not have experience in the same type of industry not to go there and be humiliated.
2. They also let a dog in to greet people.
3. At the end, they took me around to introduce the workplace and colleagues, giving me the illusion that I had been hired. Only afterward did they notify me that I did not need to attend a second interview. If they basically had no intention of hiring me, going through all these formalities felt like they were showing off how great their work environment was.
4. The most outrageous thing was that after rejecting me and belittling the job seeker, they used the proposal I had presented during the interview in a project they carried out. If they had the ability, they should come up with their own ideas. It was truly a waste of time going to the interview.
