Cons

The company has a very lean staff, with only a few employees, and everyone has to handle a huge amount of work. The turnover rate is very high.

There is no overtime pay, and salaries are underreported. Employees are not enrolled in labor and health insurance on their first day of work (it usually takes about one to two weeks). The benefits listed on the job bank, such as bonuses for the three major holidays, education and training, professional development courses, and small monthly perks, do not exist at all.

The advertised salary is also inaccurate (or perhaps the salary depends on how much they think they can negotiate with each person?). The salary offered in the actual interview was reduced significantly.

If you can leave work on time even just one day a week, that already feels like a small blessing.....

Cons

They love to make grand promises during interviews, and it’s the same after you actually start working together.

They don’t remember what they themselves have said (for example: performance bonus payments).

They make it sound very nice, saying that any problems can be brought up for discussion.

But if an employee asks for overtime pay, they act as though the employee is being overly calculating.

They also often use performance bonuses to force a choice between two options (and the main point is that, in the end, there is still no bonus).

In addition, when problems are discovered at work, they first shift the blame onto employees and aggressively pressure them.

But if they eventually discover that it was their own fault, they quietly say nothing and pretend it never happened.

They were very enthusiastic at first, but by the end, all of that enthusiasm had been worn away.

It makes people lose motivation and unable to devote themselves wholeheartedly to the company.

They even wanted to put new labels on expired products and continue selling them (where is their conscience?).
