Pros

As long as you can tolerate the boss’s unreasonable behavior at all times!!!

As long as you can tolerate the company being full of old-timers with impressive-sounding titles~but who just coast along every day and wait for retirement!!!

As long as you can tolerate the risk of working seriously, only for the boss to suddenly decide, for no reason, to start a “revolution” (layoffs)~

Oh~right!!! The employee turnover rate is very high~and when the boss hires female employees, it’s like he’s selecting concubines!!!

So~the benefit for male employees is that there are often different young single women to admire~

Actually~you don’t need to be particularly capable to get into this company!!! Something you worked hard to finish today~may be overturned tomorrow!!!

So as long as you’re good enough at flattering the boss and worshiping him like a god~Mingshui is basically a great retirement home for the elderly~

Cons

The drawbacks...

1. The boss trades on the title of architect...but actually doesn’t understand architecture at all!!!

2. The company’s (associate general manager) is completely in a retirement-home state, with no ability to work at all. If you ask him a question, the only answer you’ll get is “I don’t know either.”

3. The company’s (associate general manager) plays a lot of underhanded tricks, takes credit, and shifts blame.

4. Working at Mingshui means the more you do, the more mistakes you make; as long as the boss is unhappy, everything you do is wrong.

5. At Mingshui, decisions that have already been made can change the moment the boss wakes up from a nap.

6. Basically, regardless of your position, everyone’s job is to “run errands” for the boss.

7. The boss treats female employees as his own harem: they have to prepare breakfast, wash and hang up his clothes, and accompany him to social engagements.

8. The boss treats male employees as his personal errand boys and gofers.

9. Don’t be too happy about how nice the boss is to you when you first join the company; the honeymoon period won’t last beyond the probationary period.

10. The boss has sudden fits of rage, and even when something went wrong because of his own decision, he blames the employees.

11. The boss often speaks without thinking, has no filter, and you’ll frequently have to endure abusive or sarcastic remarks.

12. Don’t expect much from the company benefits. The boss gives only a tiny amount and then acts as though he’s being extremely generous. He says there will be staff dinners, but they’re always postponed again and again; going out for a meal feels like attending a Feast at Hongmen.

13. Misuse of company resources for personal purposes: he often asks employees to handle his personal chores, such as moving house, cleaning his home, collecting rent, and paying bills.

14. The boss always says he hopes everyone can leave work on time, but then gets upset when people do leave on time.

15. Even after work, you’re still working, because you’re expected to reply to his messages at all times, even in the middle of the night.

16. The boss is suspicious and paranoid, so don’t expect him to trust you.

17. The boss often asks employees to compare prices from several vendors, but usually doesn’t end up using any of them.

18. The boss has an extremely poor sense of time and terrible time-management skills, and holds endless meaningless meetings.

19. The company is even too cheap to rent a printer; buying stationery requires penny-pinching as well.

20. There are many more examples that can’t all be listed......Use your own judgment.

Pros

No advantages

Cons

1. The boss has grand ambitions and talks in an incredibly grandiose manner, but is actually just an incompetent nouveau riche.

2. There is no overtime pay, but the boss gets upset if you leave work on time.

3. At last year's year-end banquet, we were seated at the same table as the construction site contractor's side—it was ridiculous. There wasn't even a prize draw.

4. Some employees have to make breakfast and do laundry for the boss—it's a complete abuse of public resources for private purposes.

5. When interviewing secretaries, they only choose young, single women. It's extremely disgusting.

6. He has an extremely poor sense of time.

7. The boss keeps changing the designs despite not understanding design at all.

8. Oh, and he doesn't understand engineering either. Someone who only knows half as much would at least trust the employees, but he knows less than nothing and still questions them.

9. He swears at employees.

10. I heard that this year's year-end banquet expenses will even be discussed with the accountant to see whether they can be classified as construction engineering expenses.

11. He really likes to cause a commotion in the group chat late at night or on weekends.

12. He likes to send long rants berating employees all at once.

13. For worship ceremonies on the second and sixteenth days of the lunar month, he gives 500, including eggs, and still thinks he is treating the employees well.

14. For renovations at his own home, he makes employees help with the design and supervision—and there is no overtime pay on weekends either.

15. There is too much to list. Anyway, absolutely do not come work for this company.

Pros

There are no pros~ Oh... does not having to clock in count as a pro? Haha

Cons

During the interview, they said the company benefits included bonuses for the three major holidays, as well as a year-end bonus of two months!

After joining, I found out that the three-holiday bonuses and the two-month year-end bonus only apply after you've completed one year. The company basically has no benefits.

Be sure to ask clearly about the job position during the interview! Otherwise, you'll be deceived~ Just sales talk!

The boss really likes using company resources for personal matters and is also very petty and greedy... Almost every employee has helped him deal with his personal errands~ (For example, he brings his clothes to the company to wash and then asks employees to hang them out to dry.)

There is no overtime pay~ He'll ask you to take compensatory time off instead~

Not a single manager there knows how to do their job... Whenever you ask about something, they often just say they don't know.

There are fewer than 20 employees~
