明水開發股份有限公司
Pros

As long as you can tolerate the boss’s unreasonable behavior at all times!!!

As long as you can tolerate the company being full of old-timers with impressive-sounding titles~but who just coast along every day and wait for retirement!!!

As long as you can tolerate the risk of working seriously, only for the boss to suddenly decide, for no reason, to start a “revolution” (layoffs)~

Oh~right!!! The employee turnover rate is very high~and when the boss hires female employees, it’s like he’s selecting concubines!!!

So~the benefit for male employees is that there are often different young single women to admire~

Actually~you don’t need to be particularly capable to get into this company!!! Something you worked hard to finish today~may be overturned tomorrow!!!

So as long as you’re good enough at flattering the boss and worshiping him like a god~Mingshui is basically a great retirement home for the elderly~

Cons

The drawbacks...

1. The boss trades on the title of architect...but actually doesn’t understand architecture at all!!!

2. The company’s (associate general manager) is completely in a retirement-home state, with no ability to work at all. If you ask him a question, the only answer you’ll get is “I don’t know either.”

3. The company’s (associate general manager) plays a lot of underhanded tricks, takes credit, and shifts blame.

4. Working at Mingshui means the more you do, the more mistakes you make; as long as the boss is unhappy, everything you do is wrong.

5. At Mingshui, decisions that have already been made can change the moment the boss wakes up from a nap.

6. Basically, regardless of your position, everyone’s job is to “run errands” for the boss.

7. The boss treats female employees as his own harem: they have to prepare breakfast, wash and hang up his clothes, and accompany him to social engagements.

8. The boss treats male employees as his personal errand boys and gofers.

9. Don’t be too happy about how nice the boss is to you when you first join the company; the honeymoon period won’t last beyond the probationary period.

10. The boss has sudden fits of rage, and even when something went wrong because of his own decision, he blames the employees.

11. The boss often speaks without thinking, has no filter, and you’ll frequently have to endure abusive or sarcastic remarks.

12. Don’t expect much from the company benefits. The boss gives only a tiny amount and then acts as though he’s being extremely generous. He says there will be staff dinners, but they’re always postponed again and again; going out for a meal feels like attending a Feast at Hongmen.

13. Misuse of company resources for personal purposes: he often asks employees to handle his personal chores, such as moving house, cleaning his home, collecting rent, and paying bills.

14. The boss always says he hopes everyone can leave work on time, but then gets upset when people do leave on time.

15. Even after work, you’re still working, because you’re expected to reply to his messages at all times, even in the middle of the night.

16. The boss is suspicious and paranoid, so don’t expect him to trust you.

17. The boss often asks employees to compare prices from several vendors, but usually doesn’t end up using any of them.

18. The boss has an extremely poor sense of time and terrible time-management skills, and holds endless meaningless meetings.

19. The company is even too cheap to rent a printer; buying stationery requires penny-pinching as well.

20. There are many more examples that can’t all be listed......Use your own judgment.
