Read the community guidelinesThe employees are very polite, and the environment is nice.
There is a math and logic test. It is not difficult, but it is not important because whether you get hired mainly depends on the interviewer. The interviewer has a very poor attitude, is rather conceited, pretends to understand things they do not, and has mood swings.
1. There is a 15-minute grace period for being late each month.
2. When they’re in a good mood, they’ll treat you to food or drinks.
3. The company has a great view.
1. The company talks a great game about its expansion plans, but there has been little progress.
2. There is no overtime pay for working overtime, only compensatory leave. Taking too many days off will lead to gossip, and leaving work on time will also draw scrutiny.
3. Meetings = the boss’s speeches. Basically, there are meetings every day.
4. One of the boss’s sisters is too blunt and doesn’t know how to be tactful, which has offended quite a few employees.
5. If they don’t like you, they’ll constantly shoot down your work and nitpick you, no matter how well you perform.
6. They don’t listen to professional opinions and insist on doing things their own way.

. You can be 15 minutes late within a month.
. Get in early while you can; when the company expands in the future, you could become a department manager :) If you’re young and want to take a gamble, come join us.
. The starting salary for a master’s degree from a private university is 32,000. A manager let slip that the company has many employees with master’s and doctoral degrees, yet their salaries are all under 34,000.
. There is no overtime pay; you can only exchange it for compensatory leave. Working late is the norm, and leaving on time too often may get you labeled negatively.
. Leave must be requested seven days in advance; managers must apply ten days in advance.
. The company often talks about expansion, and its vision and planning leave nothing out. In reality, however, nothing changes. The product has not even been fully developed, yet they are already planning how much money they can make over the next few years, with projected annual revenue growing twofold or threefold every year.
. The longstanding problem with family businesses: the boss has two younger sisters who are both company managers. If you offend them, you will never have peace.
. The boss likes to put on airs and has decreed that employees may not use phrases such as “I agree,” “I concur,” “okay,” “that works,” “I feel,” or “I think.”
The boss’s famous quotes:
“It feels like there’s no sense of urgency in the company right now. Everyone leaves at 6 or 7 p.m. If the work isn’t finished, stay and work until 1 or 2 a.m.”
“If you only do things that a monkey could do, how am I supposed to give you a raise?”
“You’re working alongside the boss and eating bitter roots now. When the company develops, makes money, and expands in the future, do you think the boss will think of you first, or go outside to find someone else?”
(To managers, during a reprimand) “What exactly do you say he has done well? From what I hear, all of those things are work he was supposed to do anyway. Isn’t doing the work you’re supposed to do the bare minimum? Why should I give him a raise for that?”

#I heard the company name might be changed in the future—assuming the company still exists.
#The most beautiful thing is having a dream; may hope always accompany you.
.The staff member I spoke with was very courteous and provided tea and water.
.The company is involved in long-term care, which is fairly stable given industry trends.
.There is a possibility of relocating in the future if the company expands (around Xinzhuang, Shulin, or Wugu–Taishan).
.There is a written test, including math questions and an English test.
.A customer arrived unexpectedly, so I was forgotten for an hour.
.I used the midpoint of the salary range listed in the job posting as my expected compensation, but was told: “That’s too high.”
.The minimum salary in the listed range is the regular salary after the probationary period (in other words, the salary during the probationary period is even lower than this range).
.The starting salary is relatively low. Compensation is based on the position, not on the relevance of one’s previous experience and qualifications.
.The interviewer said that the owner is willing to offer a good salary, but you have to be able to endure the low pay during the probationary period. I think people without financial pressure can give it a try.
