Read the community guidelines* No written test. The interviewing managers had all reviewed my resume beforehand, so they did not ask me to reconfirm skills I already had. They went straight into discussing the job, using the conversation to understand my level and approach to problem-solving. Although it seemed like a discussion about the work, the interviewers were able to see my value, and the whole process was quite relaxed.
* They did not ask why I left my previous job.
* The system to be implemented involves hardware communication related to the company’s products, rather than the complex and generally cumbersome content of an e-commerce system, so it is relatively straightforward. The manager is highly capable and has already put the basic systems in place; they only need additional staff to enhance the functionality.
* Technical positions only require one interview with the manager.
* The manager can reasonably assess the salary range and explain it clearly.
* Leaving work on time.
* Parking fee subsidies are provided for cars and motorcycles.
* An average distance of approximately 300–350 meters from Xianse Station MRT station.
* The office space is relatively small, so the workstations are also small. The company is currently understaffed and is in the process of building up its workforce.
* The company’s industry is relatively traditional, so collared tops are required. Men are advised not to wear shorts (the dress code for women is unclear).
