Pros

No advantages at all

Cons

After I submitted my résumé through a job bank, the company sent me an interview invitation and asked me to contact them via LINE. During the process, they also asked me for my portfolio and work experience.

Later, I went to the company on the day of the interview for a graphic design position. An internal employee asked me to complete a résumé form first and then wait for the supervisor to come and interview me. I waited for more than 40 minutes.

Waiting for a long time was one thing, but your company had no SOP for interviewing new candidates. They suddenly said there would be a practical test and casually asked an employee to send me a short video, telling me to add subtitles myself. The subtitles were not provided either—was I supposed to come up with them myself? Most importantly, the job description did not mention anything about video editing!

Then, after the supervisor called me over for an interview, the first thing they said to me was, “How did you eat yourself into such a round shape?” I absolutely cannot accept this kind of verbal humiliation and personal attack!!! They also told me that my work was very ordinary. I thought to myself, if it was so ordinary, why did you invite me to an interview?

The supervisor was also extremely harsh toward other employees. Is this the standard of your company? I quickly left afterward. This interview experience was truly terrifying.

Pros

The work atmosphere is very poor

The so-called general manager yells and screams all day, calling employees idiots and morons

The only “advantage” is that they think they are very impressive and highly capable

They belittle employees and lower their perceived competence, making others feel that they themselves are even more impressive

Cons

They say you can apply for overtime pay, but they have never actually approved or paid it

(i.e., there is no overtime pay)

They hold meetings during lunch breaks and after work

They often say: “I’m teaching you life lessons. You should be grateful that I don’t charge you for listening to my lectures.”

They force employees to use their personal accounts to post company advertisements

The company’s products include: g*m*隔*紙, 歐力*打氣機, and others.

They often speak of former employees as if they were completely worthless.

Pros

High turnover; 9 people left within 3 months.

「興展科技有限公司」 and 「興展能源科技有限公司」 are the same company. They all sell products from mainland China, and their after-sales service is poor.

Cons

1. Evades taxes and other legal obligations.

2. Pays salaries late (not because there is no money, but because the boss does not want to pay on time).

3. Provides only the minimum labor and health insurance coverage for full-time employees.

4. Does not provide labor insurance.

5. Has openly said that there is no overtime pay.

6. Often does not provide pay slips, saying that salaries are difficult to calculate because of fingerprint clock-in records.

7. The internal accountant is the boss’s own person (the accountant’s surname is 鄭).

8. Frequently insults employees by calling them useless, incompetent, and idiots, while saying how capable he is.

9. Says there are performance bonuses, but they are just empty promises that employees will never receive.

10. Makes you pay for mistakes.
