This page collects workplace experiences, questions and discussions submitted by users. Dates shown are submission dates, not periods of employment. Individual reports do not describe the entire company.
Read the community guidelinesOne of the interviewers will help you out and smooth things over. The company's projects look small, refined, and quite attractive. It sounds like a construction company where you need to be hands-on from start to finish. If you want to learn everything from evaluation and permit submission to construction drawings and handover, it might be a good fit (does that count as a pro?).
When sending the interview invitation, they did not explain that there would be three interviewers and a series of stages. (The entire interview process took more than two hours; if I had been informed in advance, I would not have gone, so it felt like a bit of a waste of time.) There was an on-site test on regulations, a floor-plan revision exercise, and a Q&A session.
