One of the interviewers will help you out and smooth things over. The company's projects look small, refined, and quite attractive. It sounds like a construction company where you need to be hands-on from start to finish. If you want to learn everything from evaluation and permit submission to construction drawings and handover, it might be a good fit (does that count as a pro?).
When sending the interview invitation, they did not explain that there would be three interviewers and a series of stages. (The entire interview process took more than two hours; if I had been informed in advance, I would not have gone, so it felt like a bit of a waste of time.) There was an on-site test on regulations, a floor-plan revision exercise, and a Q&A session.
