Read the community guidelinesAt least the colleagues are easy to get along with.
This company has too many areas that need improvement.
The starting salary here is low and humiliating. Not only are wages exploited, but money is deducted when performance targets are not met. If targets are met, the bonus has to be shared with the assistant.
The boss and general manager are notorious for being stingy. They are extremely calculating about business-trip expenses, not to mention salary raises.
They continue selling old products from more than a decade ago, even though there are no new products to sell. The general manager still insists on lying to customers by saying there are new products? (Is lying to employees and customers a regular practice?)
The product prices are also higher than those in the industry. (I heard that the parent company, iCatch Technology, keeps costs low while taking a very large share of the profits.)
As a subsidiary employee, you are often treated like a second-class citizen. You are frequently pressured to work overtime without overtime pay or compensatory leave.
It was only after leaving that I realized how much worse the employment environment outside was.
I’ll leave the rest for newcomers to find out...
There are only a few colleagues who are reasonably easy to get along with.
The subsidiary of Shengrui has poor promotion opportunities, and its salary levels are inconsistent with the salaries listed on 104. Its product after-sales service is poor, especially under the general manager and the supervisors he personally appointed. They habitually say flattering things and paint grand visions, like to pressure subordinates into working overtime without paying overtime compensation, and have serious character issues. They like to deceive customers and employees. The company has been around for so long yet still has no systems in place—it was like this several years ago, and it is still the same now.

Poor promotion opportunities, poor salary levels, and poor product after-sales service. In particular, the senior manager in charge of general affairs habitually lies, likes to pressure subordinates into working overtime without paying overtime compensation, has serious character issues, and likes to deceive customers and employees.
The colleagues are all easy to get along with~ Except for the director, deputy manager, general manager, and so on.
They only trick newcomers into joining the company. There is no comprehensive training; after you join, no one teaches or guides you in anything. One person is expected to do the work of two or three people. They just send you straight onto the battlefield to fight; if you don't get killed, consider yourself lucky. Either keep doing it, or they'll just continue tricking newcomers into joining. Salaries are generally lower than the industry average. There is no welfare committee or company trip. For the three major holidays, you only get a NT$500 PX Mart voucher. Company gatherings were changed from once every three months to once a year, and occasionally holding a birthday celebration is treated as if they had done you a huge favor. The year-end bonus depends on the general manager's mood: if they like you, they give you more; if they don't, they give you less. The same goes for salary adjustments. Those who know how to curry favor get pampered. You often have to work overtime and leave late. Overtime only earns compensatory leave, and they even dictate when you must use it; you cannot convert it into pay. They require that you cannot take leave on Mondays. Whatever task is thrown at you, you have to catch it directly; otherwise, you get blacklisted. They will squeeze you as much as possible~ Unless you are about to resign, then they might add NT$1,000–2,000 to your salary out of pity. Employees are also not allowed to chat at work. The general manager only handles exports. Never mind the lack of new product development—they spend all day deceiving customers about how good and impressive the products are. They neither manage nor ask about anything, and simply dump every customer they receive on others; when things go wrong, it is the sales staff who suffer. The director only says they are busy all day, gives all the work to others, and leaves on time themselves. Otherwise, they say there is no one who can help them. They spend all day filing petty reports and listening to gossip. The worst of all is the deputy manager, who will call you a rotten piece of wood and say you have "itchy hands." They engage in verbal bullying, and even when adjusting salaries, they will not adjust yours—those are the kinds of words they use. If you don't want to do the job, leave early, yet they have taught you nothing. When they need something from you, they speak nicely; otherwise, their tone is extremely rude. If you really see this company recruiting, do not jump into this black hole under any circumstances. It will be miserable~ This is a strong recommendation from someone who has been there.
