Read the community guidelinesIt’s okay to be late for work; everyone is understanding.
The company’s operating model is like a pyramid scheme. Supervisors keep talking about finding recruits, and after hearing it for a long time, it can feel a little frightening.
They call themselves the White Goose Cult. Their lesson is that you must like them, and they constantly emphasize this point… They say that only people who identify with them would come to work there, but constantly repeating it is what’s strange!
They put members’ rights and safety second. All I can say is that they are very good at packaging things during interviews.
The finance and HR departments are a bit absent-minded in their work and have miscalculated salaries. Every month, you have to check the calculations yourself, which is exhausting.
There is no system; everything is very casual.
During the interview, they make everything sound great and say the environment is wonderful, but after joining, you discover that it is nothing like that. Even though it is a small company, there are boring factions, led by the general manager of the營X總X department, with a few followers around her. Whenever she announces something, they all appear together. She only protects people she likes and those who flatter her. She herself speaks very illogically and loves to act cute. Every time I listen to her speak, I have no idea what she is talking about—it really feels like a parallel universe…
The company has a very high turnover rate. During the pandemic, many people quietly disappeared… It was really scary.
The HR staff at this company also frequently make mistakes calculating salaries, so every month you have to check for yourself whether you were underpaid.
