There is no system; everything is very casual.
During the interview, they make everything sound great and say the environment is wonderful, but after joining, you discover that it is nothing like that. Even though it is a small company, there are boring factions, led by the general manager of the營X總X department, with a few followers around her. Whenever she announces something, they all appear together. She only protects people she likes and those who flatter her. She herself speaks very illogically and loves to act cute. Every time I listen to her speak, I have no idea what she is talking about—it really feels like a parallel universe…
