Read the community guidelinesIt’s just a paycheck
You can waste your career here
Everyone who could leave has already left; those who can’t are waiting for the place to shut down
No one knows how many more months this paycheck can be collected
There probably won't be any.
The internal operations are a complete mess. Most colleagues are idiots who work without logic and love shifting blame. The boss loves spouting bullshit and even randomly berates people in meetings, sometimes for over half an hour. Some people have an attitude of coasting until they are laid off and can leave with a lump-sum payout. It is a terrible environment that I genuinely do not recommend. Anyone who wants to join should be mentally prepared to become the scapegoat: even when it is not your fault, it will be counted as your fault. Taking the blame is the bare minimum. Don’t be fooled by the company’s registered capital of 200 million; the funding is also nearly burned through. To put it bluntly, it might not even make it to next year ….
The R&D staff are all very professional, and salaries have never been delayed.
The R&D staff are all very professional, but the boss is a layperson with no ability to integrate the R&D team’s capabilities, causing everyone to waste time.
The boss prides himself on being an open-minded American, but is actually just a stingy liar who is afraid to take responsibility.
On 2022/4/14, the boss held a meeting with everyone. It was said that he received notification that evening of a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis. On 2022/04/15, he immediately did not dare to show up. The boss and his trusted manager were both cowards; on 2022/04/15, they blocked the news and did not dare acknowledge it, provoking protests from employees.
Employees had still met with the boss the previous day, 2022/04/14. Now that the boss has tested positive and is blocking the news without daring to acknowledge it, there is absolutely no response plan. Employees have children and wives at home—are employees not people? Are employees’ family members not people?
On 2022/04/18, the boss’s trusted manager lied without batting an eye, gathering all employees and stubbornly insisting that the boss’s confirmed diagnosis was an old case from 2022/02. He acted as though it did not matter because nobody had died, as though everything the boss said was wonderful. He even pushed the cost of rapid test kits onto the employees, requiring them to buy the kits themselves, while agreeing to cover only 200 dollars.
One employee could not stand it and reported the matter to the CDC. The CDC replied: On 2022/01/31, the boss had already completed treatment.
So? Who is lying? Throughout the entire outbreak, the boss did not dare appear at all. He pushed everything onto his trusted manager to make up nonsense, then hid back in the United States. So who is the one afraid to face the situation?
This place is suitable for people who have no substance and love to talk bullshit.
The company's way of operating is merely the boss's game of Monopoly. The boss is very optimistic,
The boss only wants to make money but doesn't actually know how to do so. Senior executives consider themselves stewards; by clinging to the boss's leg, they regard themselves as superior to other employees. They don't understand the things they should know and push the burden onto others. This place is only suitable for people who have no substance and make things up as they go.
Salary is paid on time, and commuting to and from work is convenient
The manager is stubborn and self-righteous; office politics
