The boss is all about cutting costs.
The pay is low, but you’re expected to do an enormous amount of work and are constantly taken advantage of.
They won’t explicitly ask you to work overtime, but they’ll nag you, asking whether you’re actually working if you don’t.
The boss is extremely inefficient in meetings and will try every possible excuse to avoid paying bonuses or cancel employee benefits.
They may suddenly say that something they assigned you is urgently needed; after you rush to finish it, they may then tell you that it actually wasn’t very urgent.
Labor and health insurance are not provided during the probationary period.
Colleagues are easy to get along with
They say verbally that everyone should not work overtime, but often dump a pile of work on you (even right before the end of the workday), then set a deadline that forces you to work overtime to finish it, only to turn around and say that the employee volunteered to work overtime. They also do not pay overtime. The company's policies change constantly and depend entirely on the boss's mood; there is absolutely no system. When the boss is in a bad mood, he will raise his voice at employees. The promised bonuses are paid grudgingly, which is truly frustrating. The boss's wife is very articulate, so she often packages bad things as good ones, making it easy for newcomers to be led by the nose. They have you do repetitive tasks all day, and many things even require you to write a whole page (which they will never look at again after you finish), making the work extremely inefficient. Don't be fooled into joining; many things are completely different from what was discussed in the interview.
If you’re lucky, you can meet two or three new faces in a week, and then you won’t see them the following week.
The advantage is probably that you get to briefly meet many newcomers. The newcomers are also very smart—they know to make themselves scarce as soon as they sense something is off, haha.
You can train your ability to “copy.”
You can train the ability you had as a student to report everything to your teacher every day, no matter how big or small.
Suitable for obedient people who have no ideas of their own—this place will make you very happy.
The company does not encourage overtime, so as soon as the scheduled workday ends, the air conditioning is turned off.
But the only people who can leave are the higher-ups, so friends who work here in the summer are in for a rough time.
Working hours are roughly 12 hours a day, with no overtime pay or compensatory leave.
New employees feel pressured to stay even after finishing their work.
