They say verbally that everyone should not work overtime, but often dump a pile of work on you (even right before the end of the workday), then set a deadline that forces you to work overtime to finish it, only to turn around and say that the employee volunteered to work overtime. They also do not pay overtime. The company's policies change constantly and depend entirely on the boss's mood; there is absolutely no system.
