A ridiculously absurd boss.
It’s already outrageous that he often pays employees late.
When the company is short of money, the boss even borrows money from employees—absolutely insane.
Even after agreeing on a repayment date, he keeps delaying it... No comment.
He very often withholds payments owed to clients...
I finally escaped that hellhole.
Salaries are often paid late. As if paying late weren’t bad enough, the boss also gets angry when you remind him.
Verbal sexual harassment combined with physical sexual harassment!!!
He keeps talking about how big his genitals are!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!
When you join, he asks whether we have seen news reports about sexual harassment incidents, but the boss always gives excuses and reasons
that make you believe him.
Then he does these things to his own employees. He is truly a vicious wolf in sheep’s clothing, pretending to be harmless while taking advantage of others!!!!
He often tells his own employees things that other employees supposedly did, along with malicious gossip, spreading false rumors.
Is this kind of company culture normal?????
Would any boss really behave this way?? He tells each person bad things about everyone else.
He says these things not only to his own employees but also to outsiders—even people he interviews.
Never join such a toxic company!!!!
The boss also speaks to employees in a very abusive manner.
