Pros
The employees are all very nice and don’t scheme against one another.
The one who schemes against the employees is actually the boss...
Cons
A ridiculously absurd boss.
It’s already outrageous that he often pays employees late.
When the company is short of money, the boss even borrows money from employees—absolutely insane.
Even after agreeing on a repayment date, he keeps delaying it... No comment.
He very often withholds payments owed to clients...
