The veteran colleagues and supervisors are extremely hypocritical and good at putting on an act~
I don't know why there are still fake reviews above~^_^
The interview process consisted of video interviews. There were two interviews, and I received a response very quickly each time. The company repeatedly emphasized that its employees had been there for 4–5 years and that no one had left; they had only been transferred or reassigned. The interviews were pleasant, mostly discussing previous work experience and similar topics.
Advantages:
1. No need to travel for an in-person interview; everything was straightforward and convenient.
2. The product should be relatively easy to sell, so there is no need to worry about not meeting sales targets, although it is unclear how much you can sell.
3. There are three bonus payments.
4. There is a New Year bonus equivalent to two months’ salary.
5. As this is a sales position, holidays can be scheduled as days off.
6. Uniform provided
Each store has only two employees. When one person takes a day off, the other has to work the entire shift, which lasts 11.5–12 hours. If you are not mentally prepared to work such long hours, I recommend not attending the interview, because the base salary of NT$27,000 includes overtime pay, with bonuses paid separately.
1. Shift work is required on weekdays, and working a full shift is too long.
2. There is no year-end bonus. It depends on whether the company thinks you have the ability; there is no clear standard. You may or may not receive one, and this aspect is not transparent.
The average monthly income, calculated from the annual income, is relatively high. The work is straightforward, consisting of sales and basic store duties (receiving stock, seasonal changes, displays, etc.).
The clothing styles are all solid-colored, simple, and streamlined.
The entry requirements are not high, but you need to have a passion for customer service.
Try to maintain a positive mindset as much as possible; it makes going to work more pleasant.
The company is relatively small, so there are occasional staff shortages.
The work content is unclear, and there are no clearly defined rules or procedures, allowing for a high degree of freedom. You can slack off…
Ineffective management; the supervisor is emotional and constantly changes decisions from one day to the next. They like to argue and always have to argue until they win…. They love gossiping and talking about others, and are very two-faced. The overall atmosphere is not very good, and there is serious infighting.
