Read the community guidelinesLogistics and material handling, sweating out toxins, and the colleagues are very nice. We get along harmoniously, and I’m happy to go to work every day.

1. Practical test: Chinese typing and basic EXCEL (SUM, VLOOKUP, form formatting)
2. Office environment: A room on the 25th floor of an office building. The office space is completely open-plan and can roughly accommodate 10–20 standard office computer desks. It is adjacent to the reception area outside, and the overall space is not particularly large.
3. Company atmosphere:
(1) It was difficult to get a sense of it; everyone was in serious work mode when I went in.
(2) The input method on the test computer was set to Simplified Chinese by default.

They churn through employees.
The company directly recruits an HR assistant for an in-house, non-dispatch position.
They interview a bunch of people and hire them first, regardless of whether they are good or not.
Then, as soon as they interview someone they think is better,
they dismiss you that very same day without a second thought.
There is also absolutely no onboarding or training for new employees.
They teach you whatever comes to mind.
When you ask questions, they say, “That wastes both our time, so handle what you can handle first.”
Then later they say, “You have to learn to handle it, right?” ?????
The manager and supervisor are both Chinese.
