Pros

The company atmosphere has improved somewhat since the Huang family faction left.

Cons

1. The company has no systems or established procedures.

2. The pace of reform is too slow; changes basically pass only when they are pushed to the bare minimum.

3. The newly developed products are not necessarily what the market needs.

4. Low pay.

5. The work is miscellaneous.

6. You cannot learn much; it may be suitable if you are a fresh graduate.

7. The parent company is Ruitai. Its MES, developed by the parent company itself, is a complete mess with no structure whatsoever. We are constantly required to write a bunch of small tools to help them resolve their trivial problems, wasting human resources.

8. After the Huang family faction left, they also took all the resources with them. The company has no decent business, and it has basically been at a standstill for two years.

Pros

Ruiding is like the Kaohsiung City Government: the management team, led by General Manager Huang, is all highly capable at leadership, much like Mayor Han, bringing the company a clear positioning and direction for development.

Pros

Excluding those few people, everyone else is pretty good.

Cons

The castle is home to a prince and princess, and basically the whole company listens to these two. They pretend to know what they’re talking about and love voicing their opinions; under them, you can only be ordered around.
