Someone over 50 with absolutely no modern warehouse or logistics mindset can even return as a management trainee, just because they can work 80 hours of overtime?
3. Sheep leading lions. Because a frontline employee was going abroad, Purchasing scheduled the container loading and new-channel procedures for the day before. Auntie Chen xx, are you serious? If you can’t handle the responsibility, then don’t take it on! Everyone in the company except the boss knows all about your misdeeds.
4. Whenever a policy encounters the slightest problem, it takes a sharp turn. There is not even a bit of the decisiveness a boss should have. Don’t you know that the bigger picture should come first?
