Read the community guidelinesAbout the only good thing is that the colleagues are easy to get along with.
The company's fear of negative reviews: extremely, extremely, extremely, extremely high!!! But their behavior often invites negative reviews from customers.
Turnover rate: extremely high
Number of departures: 3–4 people leave each month
Training: None
Policies and procedures: None
Overtime pay: Don't even think about it! You should be grateful they don't deduct it from your salary, because afterward they'll try every possible way to deduct from your perfect-attendance bonus.
Pay raise system: Just listen to what they say; after three months, you'll still be earning hourly wages, and even full-time employees are switched to hourly pay.
Bonuses: There is absolutely no Mid-Autumn Festival cash gift, though there is one box of egg yolk pastries—on average, one or two pastries per person~
Most of the work consists of cleaning up after a supervisor in a certain department.
What they're best at is passing the buck, talking nonsense, making snide remarks and enjoying the spectacle whenever something goes wrong, and seeking sympathy.
Simply put, it's a company that is hiring every day and is very interesting from top to bottom. If you don't lack money and just want to kill time and experience it, you can go take a look.
The company has no elevator, so you can get some exercise whether you like it or not.
It’s a family business, so outsiders have almost no chance of promotion. During the interview, they said that becoming a full-time employee after a few months was only a possibility. Even when there is a chance for promotion, they will use every trick in the book to deduct money here and there. The pay ends up being practically the same—if they don’t reduce it, you should be grateful. If you transfer departments, your length of service is recalculated from scratch. Completely ridiculous.
The company’s higher-ups do a poor job of everything and are constantly making other people clean up their messes, while still thinking they’re doing a great job~ Whenever something goes wrong, they love passing the buck. They blame others first and then make no attempt to solve the problem.
Their standards are inconsistent: the same problem gets different answers. They don’t give employees the authority to make decisions, yet expect them to figure out how to solve things on their own.
They’re extremely afraid of negative reviews and public criticism online. Whenever they see one, they act as if the sky is falling, but they never reflect on the problems with their internal operations.
The feeling of being surrounded by things you like
The senior mentor is indifferent, treats newcomers like idiots, and is dismissive
Thinks teaching newcomers is a hassle, assigns only one task a day, and then says there’s no point in hiring newcomers
It feels great to be surrounded by models!!!!
Not a sole proprietorship, but a family business with many relatives and connections. You need to be good at dealing with people, learn how to cozy up to influential figures, and be sufficiently good at acting cute and ingratiating yourself. Ideally, you should be able to cry, make a scene, and threaten drastic action in front of your supervisor. There is a lot of internal scheming. If you are very good at just talking, then you are well suited for this job—provided that you can tolerate your supervisor’s sarcastic remarks.
The only benefits are the basic labor and health insurance. Even if you work overtime, you may not necessarily receive overtime pay. The company has few established procedures: today they may tell you how to handle something, and tomorrow they may change to a different approach. If you are willing to challenge yourself with the work every day, this job may also suit you.
None
A company with no systems in place. They say there are bonuses and gifts, but it's all lies—you never receive any of them, only the basic labor and health insurance. They exploit your working hours, keep adding work that isn't part of your duties, and don't give raises. Don't ever believe them when they say they'll adjust your salary by a certain amount after a few months; you'd be lucky if they don't underpay you.
