It felt like the boss didn’t really care about the quality of the projects, and often upset clients, but was afraid to offend major clients. The company has a high turnover rate. From what I understand, staying for three months is already considered being a veteran. In reality, there are usually fewer than two employees, yet they have to shoulder all of the company’s business. Working more than 12 hours a day is the norm. The boss often assigns work-related tasks in the LINE group outside working hours.
