You can learn the boss’s high-end sales talk techniques. The transportation is fairly convenient, and the work is very diverse, allowing you to gain quite a bit of hands-on experience in a short time. Simply put, it’s very demanding.
The starting salary isn’t high, but since I didn’t have much experience, it was still acceptable. It felt like the boss didn’t really care about the quality of the projects, and often upset clients, but was afraid to offend major clients. Once, after taking on a major project, the boss found an excuse to terminate cooperation on other small projects. The boss then directly left the group chat, abandoning the project planner to face the furious clients alone. Moreover, the boss has poor emotional management and frequently suddenly lashes out. If you’re considering this as a short-term stepping stone to gain experience, think carefully about whether you can accept it.
