The salary is minimum wage, and no matter how much you contribute, it will not be increased. If the general manager takes a dislike to you or you are not her dog and do not comply with her, she will do everything possible to complain to the boss and force you to leave. They only want to hire employees whom they can exploit and who will not fight back.
None. Terrible.
The company only wants to find slaves. They exploit you until you can't take it anymore, then force you to resign because they don't want to pay severance.
When I asked for a certificate of involuntary resignation, HR, who only got the job through connections because they are the boss's lapdog, even said: “I’ve never issued one, so I don’t know what that is.”
There is only one person left in the sales department, making the company even more “awesome.”
They simply changed the bonus policy to not pay bonuses. When sales staff protested, the general manager said, “How about this: your current sales target is one million. If you achieve it, I’ll give you fifty thousand dollars.”
What a joke.

The company relocated and made employees work as laborers
In 2020, the base salary was 23,000 + 1,000, in violation of the Labor Standards Act
Only 30 days of salary were calculated per month; the 31st day was unpaid. They only paid it after being sued
To save on rent, they moved out of the old location. The new factory was unfinished and flooded, yet employees were told to work inside. There was construction dust everywhere
The sales manager is the general manager's older brother. He comes to work only after getting enough sleep every day, does no work, and casually agrees to everything customers say
The general manager was brought in by the owner. She comes to work only after sleeping until the afternoon every day. She does not come in to sign company documents, leaving work stalled and impossible to carry out
In the end, the siblings argued and the older brother resigned. Hilarious
The owner himself has very little ability; he only started a company because his family is wealthy. Searching his name turns up a whole bunch of court judgments. What a joke
Employees get injured moving goods, and when they catch a cold, the company says they are pretending to be sick and slacking off
They only hire female employees because women are easier to bully and exploit
They will even delay the process when you resign
They call it a clothing-themed tourist factory. Young female newcomers do not understand at first and dress up and put on makeup for work, but after becoming laborers, they all stop wearing makeup
They make a bunch of young people operate machinery and do construction without vests, hard hats, or licenses
They cut costs on the rooftop solar panels, and the contractor did a sloppy job. The place floods whenever it rains. They insisted on setting up a tourist factory even though there was not enough space, so instead of using B1 as a warehouse, they made it a retail area. Clothing shipments are stored on the fifth floor, right under the solar panels, and get soaked whenever it rains. They even tried to sell moldy clothes for 30 yuan each. What a joke
An absolutely terrible company

The interview lasted about an hour. Apart from explaining the job responsibilities, the HR representative spent the remaining 30 minutes asking about personal matters—more thoroughly than a household registration check. I advise anyone going for an interview to be mentally prepared.
Easygoing, with punctual working hours. You can leave your supervisor’s Line messages sent on holidays or at night unread, depending on your relationship, but I advise you to pay some attention to the content and try to understand what your supervisor is feeling or trying to say when they are in a bad mood. The distribution of miscellaneous company tasks rotates like classroom duties at school, so pay attention to whether it is your turn. It is a rather old-fashioned company that likes to focus on trivial matters, and small issues can easily be blown out of proportion. That is simply the company culture. The colleagues around you may all be informants, because the supervisors like to keep everyone in check this way. The environment is old, especially around the pantry and restrooms, and the company’s products are placed nearby, which does not feel very hygienic.
