None. Terrible.
The company only wants to find slaves. They exploit you until you can't take it anymore, then force you to resign because they don't want to pay severance.
When I asked for a certificate of involuntary resignation, HR, who only got the job through connections because they are the boss's lapdog, even said: “I’ve never issued one, so I don’t know what that is.”
There is only one person left in the sales department, making the company even more “awesome.”
They simply changed the bonus policy to not pay bonuses. When sales staff protested, the general manager said, “How about this: your current sales target is one million. If you achieve it, I’ll give you fifty thousand dollars.”
What a joke.
